Who is this for?

An established woman business owner whose business has grown, but who suspects her role inside it hasn't grown enough with it. Maybe everything still runs through you. Or maybe you've gotten out of much of the day-to-day and now you're carrying bigger decisions largely on your own. Either way, this is about getting clear on what your job actually is at this stage of the business.

I don't have a team, is this still for me?

Yes. This isn't a delegation workshop. It's about recognizing which decisions actually belong to you as the CEO and which ones don't. That matters whether you have no employees or twenty.

I already have a team, is this still for me?

Absolutely. Having a team doesn't automatically change the job you've assigned yourself. In fact, you may have capable people around you and still find yourself making decisions, solving problems, or carrying responsibilities that no longer belong to you.

Or your team may already own the day-to-day, while you're carrying the bigger decisions alone. This workshop applies at both stages.

Is this going to be a sales pitch?

No. This is a real working session, not 75 minutes of content designed to lead you to a sales pitch. The work stands on its own, and you'll leave with a decision you can act on whether we ever work together again. If there's a natural next step for us to continue the work together, I'll share that at the end.

Why should I be on it live?

Because this is a working session. Live, you'll work on your own business decision and watch me coach real decisions from other women in the room. I'll coach a few women live during each session, though personal coaching isn't guaranteed for everyone who attends. The replay gives you the content. Live gives you the experience.

Is there a replay?

Yes, for 48 hours after the live session.
